Refund and Returns Policy

At DarkNebula, all our jewelry pieces are custom-made and personalized according to your specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 info@darknebula.shop

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect

  • Once your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement item free of charge

If the customer refuses a replacement, any return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items with correct personalization and no damage

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Items without proof of purchase


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping Returns

If a return is authorized, please send the item to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
