We always recommend using a secure address for delivery. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once it has reached the address provided. If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check your mailbox, ask your neighbors, or contact your local post office. Note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered.

Due to their custom nature, personalized items are non-returnable. However, if there’s an error in the engraving or the item quality isn’t satisfactory, please contact us.

Most of our jewelry is crafted to withstand exposure to water and will not fade, tarnish, or lose color—even in the shower, sea, or pool. We use high-quality materials like 316L stainless steel, 18k gold, and 925 sterling silver. To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid exposure to salty water, chemicals, perfumes and extreme temperatures. Store it in a cool, dry place and use a soft cloth to polish it gently.

However, we do not claim that our products are hypoallergenic or nickel-free. Stainless steel typically contains a small percentage of nickel, which may cause a reaction for those with a known allergy.
