1. Personalized Jewelry Orders
1.1 Order Placement
All personalized jewelry orders are final once placed. We cannot accept cancellations or modifications after the order has been submitted. Please review your order details carefully before proceeding to checkout.
1.2 Personalization Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and correct personalization details. We are not responsible for any errors or typos submitted by the customer.
1.3 Order Processing
After placing an order, our team will start production. The estimated production time will be shown on the product page and may vary depending on the design’s complexity.
1.4 Shipping
We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. Please make sure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
2.1 Returns
Because all our personalized jewelry is custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If the customer refuses a replacement for a defective or damaged item, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
2.2 Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will replace it with a new item with the correct personalization.
2.3 Damaged or Defective Items
To qualify for an exchange, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage along with your order details.
2.4 Non-Eligible Items
We cannot accept exchanges for correctly made and undamaged personalized products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Taxes and Duties
3.1 VAT
Prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT according to Croatian and EU regulations.
3.2 Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, additional import duties or customs fees may apply. These are determined by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

DarkNebula reserves the right to adjust prices, update product assortments, and change related information without prior notice.
4.2 Product Images
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. All images should be considered as illustrations.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This confirmation serves as your invoice and proof of purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
6. Payment

6.2 Secure Processing
Payments are processed directly by our payment providers. DarkNebula does not store or have access to your card details. Your payment information is sent securely and directly to your bank.

To use a discount or promotional code, it must be entered at checkout before completing your order. Promo codes cannot be applied after purchase. If you have any issues using a code, contact our support team.
